6. Reflecting on being LIGHT

Hello! Welcome to this sacred space! I’m Bill Bauman … and I’m welcoming you

to this quiet moment … to a short, reflective, meditative time together!

I’m deeply honored to be spending these few precious moments with you.

Let’s take these precious moments to reflect on … being LIGHT!

You and I have often heard that we are “light beings,” or “beings of light.”

Scientifically, if we peer microscopically into our body’s physical and energy fabric,

we discover that such fabric is actually a somewhat lower vibration of pure light.

Indeed, the bigger truth about you and me is: We are pure beings of light!

When we’re here, in our human dream, we are holographically imagining

and experiencing our light not primarily as light,

but as energy—electro-magnetic and physical energy—

as physical bodies, emotional feelings and life-giving energies.

Here, now, let’s re-enter our larger truth!

Let’s spend these moments in our bigger truth—in our light nature!

Ahh, Light! Picture yourself now as nothing other than pure light!

Notice your human form instantly showing itself to you only as light!

Witness how your light is glowing, radiating its innate vibrancy outward,

filling the empty space around it with luscious rays of invisible vitality

and with its largesse of shimmering, other-worldly gifts.

Allow yourself to experience this shining radiance, this star-like brilliance

as the bigger-than-life you! That’s right—as the ‘you’ that’s not just human!

This is the real you, the purer version of you,

the ‘you’ behind your human throne, behind the human illusion of you.

This is the ‘you’ that infuses its gift of pure light

into your human mind, feelings and life every minute of every day,

even if that pure gift is so invisible that it’s barely noticeable—

until now.

Until now, when you and I are face-to-face with its, and your, radiant wonder!

Until now, as we awaken to our truth, our bigger nature, our “ being of light” self!

Until now, as we experience ourselves invited more intimately into that mighty light,

more fully into its infinite source, more dynamically into its indescribable power

and more brilliantly into its unseen gifts!

Let’s spend a sacred moment with this sacred you—

this sacred light that quietly resides within and around you as your truer identity,

this radiant and sparkling source of vitality

that feeds your waiting soul and nurtures your weary body,

this amazing ‘you’ that oversees and directs your human life,

this phenomenal ‘you’ that, right now, may be giving you a personal message—

maybe a personal invitation!

Perhaps, an invitation to visit your pure light often—

or, better yet, to embrace it, love it, become it

and, in the very midst of living your human life,

to always know that you are a radiant, gift-giving “being of light”

a light that is masterfully crafting every element of your humanness—

every day, every night, every moment!

As we come toward the end of our reflective time today,

I offer you this personal pledge:

If you wish, I will stay with you in spirit throughout your day,

softly reminding you of your nature as a gleaming “being of light”—

reminding you of the endless ways that the ‘being of light’ that you are

is blessing, nurturing and empowering you through your human journey,

reminding you that you are, in truth,

this remarkable ‘being of light having a human experience,’

and reminding you that you have every right to embrace,

become and know your pure light every moment of every day!

Thank you, pure being of light, for being LIGHT

and for “letting your vast light shine”!
