5. Reflecting on being LOVE

Hello! Welcome to this sacred space! I’m Bill Bauman, and I’m welcoming you

to this quiet moment … to a short reflective and meditative time together!

I’m deeply honored to be spending these few precious moments with you.

Let’s take these precious moments to reflect on … being LOVE!

As the saying goes, “Love is in the air!”

Well, if we really look at love closely, it’s not just in the air.

It’s everywhere!

Right now, love is in your heart, in your body, in your energy field,

and—especially on a really good day—alive and well in your mind!

But that’s not all. If we look even more closely,

peering into every aspect of existence,

we find love everywhere—in the air we breathe,

in and on the planet we call home, in every plant and animal we encounter,

in the heart and soul of every human being we see.

And, if we innocently stretch our vision upward and outward,

we find love intricately interwoven throughout every cubic millimeter of creation!

Love! Let’s sit for these few minutes in its selfless embrace!

Let’s breathe in its golden rays of intimate beauty!

Let’s let go into its vast wonder, its quiet magic, its immense power!

Let’s melt into its invisible fabric, its endless energy,

its omni-present radiance!

Here we are: IN LOVE!

As we visit and connect with every molecule in our bodies,

we see love looking back at and connecting with us.

As we travel through and into every chakra, or energy center,

of our electro-magnetic being,

we come upon love embracing us and giving life to each of our chakras.

As we lounge in the deep recesses of our beating heart,

we notice that pure love is there, nourishing and refreshing us.

As we float in and around the auric space that encircles our human form,

we experience the radiant light and love that generously fill that sacred space.

How elegant our calling—to have been birthed on this earth,

where love reigns supreme,

where love occupies center place in our bodies,

where love fills our lungs and cells every minute of our day,

where love blesses our thoughts, invigorates our minds,

purifies our energies and supports our lives—non-stop!

Even more, how fortunate we are—to be here as ‘beings of love,’

to be pure love itself in a human world,

to be love’s soft power, its deep caring, its blessing-filled grace!

How delightful it is—when we look beyond any human judgments

and find the deepest truth of our nature, as we’re doing right now—

to discover the love, embrace the love,

and bathe in the love that fills our nature,

the penetrating love that flows in and around us,

the love that we truly are!

In truth, you are pure love.

You have come into this human world to be that love—

to bless yourself and the rest of us every day with that love,

to infuse your love’s healing power into the receptors of those in your life,

to caress even the challenging or upsetting aspects of human living with love,

and to radiate love out from your heart as a daily “blesser of humanity,”

as a dedicated transmitter of love’s power, as an embodiment of love’s healing.

Now, in this moment, let’s be THAT—pure LOVE!

Let’s remember that love is not only in our heart, in our humanness and beyond,

but that it never goes away, that it’s always here, always YOU!

Yes, now—right now—LOVE is the ‘you’ of this moment,

the ‘gift-giving you,’ the ‘spiritual you,’ the ‘love-emanating you.’

the ‘everything you’!

As we end our sacred time together today, I thank you for being love!

Thank you for being here—with me, with all of us—as love!

Thank you for blessing us every day with your love,

even on days when you don’t consciously know you’re doing so!

Thank you for radiating your sweet love out from yourself,

so that we can breathe it in, enjoy its warm caress

and benefit from its gifts!

Above all, thank you for loving yourself

and for being LOVE

everywhere, all the time

endlessly!
