Welcome to a sacred space, a quiet moment, a meditative time together.

to spend these precious few moments with you.

Today, let’s reflect on … YOU!

Who are you?

The usual response to this question is about being all-things-human!

Let’s look beyond that knee jerk description, though.

Let's look deeper within you, more broadly through you,

in the bigger spaces beyond your human form.

Sit with me as we explore your bigger nature, your deeper self,

your higher truth—the expansive and fuller you!

Join me, if you will, in a three-fold journey into YOU!

First, let's look at your all-knowing soul!

You are that soul, you know!

The well-known Edgar Cayce once said,

“Realize that you are first a soul!”

As soul, you are a being of pure light, a radiant, shining star-like presence.

With your every step, you shine a bright light all around you!

You bless everyone and everything you encounter

with your light-filled rays!

In fact, you are a radiant star in human form,

a life-giving sun in human clothing.

Your soulful self is a penetrating ray of empowerment to those in your life,

a shining power in the midst of our human world.

Second, let’s look at the expansive you—

the ‘you’ that mystically soars around the universe at the speed of light,

the ‘you’ that lives inter-dimensionally in and beyond space,

the spiritual you that knows no limits

and is a part of everything that exists.

This spirit-rich ‘you’ is like an all-protective parent

who floats above the human forest of you,

gifting the human version of you daily.

This ‘you’ is a bigger-dimensional self

who consistently awakens your human awareness

to the real truth of who you are.

This ‘you’ never sleeps and never forgets.

This ‘you’ is here now, knocking on the door of your receptive mind,

whispering loudly: “I AM YOU!” “I AM YOU!”

Third, and finally, let’s look at your quantum self!

This pre-creation, non-existent, source-of-everything ‘you’ realizes

that the human you is a delightfully dreamed phenomenon,

a make-believe central character in our shared human dream,

a seemingly important but in fact a playful and fun actor

in our human-centered movie.

This ‘quantum you’ is mighty beyond words.

It’s the most powerful dreamer imaginable.

It’s an inventive genius, creating and orchestrating every moment

of your human-oriented life.

Yes, you are, first and foremost, this quantum giant—

invisible, non-tangible and non-existent—

yet, the formidable and ingenious director of your human journey.

As a final moment together, let's celebrate this three-fold ‘you’—

· this soul-filled blesser of your human self and your human world

· this bigger dimensional spirit who empowers you in every moment

· this quantum originator / creator of the personal and collective

human world that appears so real.

Spend this final moment embracing and being this three-fold ‘you.’

Perhaps hear yourself uttering a personal ‘yes’ to this ‘you.’

Perhaps find yourself feeling grateful for the gift

of having been awakened to this magical, wonder filled, dynamic

you!

As we part, I invite you to remember this gifted, remarkable, amazing ‘you’

as you move into and through your day!
